Shipping Policy

Free shipping is valid only on orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Additionally, packaging, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. In order to receive free shipping, eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout.

Expedited Shipping

We will process orders with expedited shipping within 24 hours of being placed during working business days (Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm EST). If you place an expedited shipping order outside of these hours, please note it will not be shipped until the next working business day. If we fail to ship your order during a business day, please contact us and we will refund the expedited shipping charge to you.

Undeliverable or Return to Australia Post

If an order is returned to Nail Gallery due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s) to the correct address. If a package is marked "undeliverable", it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company to make the proper arrangements to obtain their package. Nail Gallery is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped out. If an "undeliverable" package is returned to Nail Gallery, we will re-ship the package to you if requested once the customer pays the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the package. If the customer decides not to re-ship the package, a full refund minus the original shipping charge will be issued to the original payment method on the order. If a package becomes lost due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier, and no replacement package will be issued. If a package is lost by the shipping carrier, the customer can file a claim through the Hae Nails package protection, and the customer will receive a replacement package as long as they added the package protection to their order. If an order is returned due to an error caused by Nail Gallery will cover the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the order.


Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive or is mis-delivered, Nail Gallery will make the best effort to replace the item(s) with a replacement through the Nail Gallery package protection, as long as it was added to the order. In the case that the item(s) are not available due to being a pre-order item, or sold out, the Nail Gallery package protection service will issue you a refund back to your original payment method. 

We highly recommend adding the Nail Gallery package protection to your orders, as without it you acknowledge that if your order is lost or damaged Nail Gallery claims no responsibility. For your convenience, the Nail Gallery package protection is automatically added at check out and it must be manually removed in order to waive coverage. If you purchased the Nail Gallery package protection on your order and your items are missing, damaged or defective, please fill a claim form out at www.nailgallery.com and we will assist you in the replacement or refund process. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item(s) that has been damaged or is defective, Nail Gallery will make the best effort to exchange the item(s) with an un-damaged and/or un-defective replacement through the Nail Gallery package protection. Return Policy

When making a purchase on nailgallery.com, you are acknowledging that you have read our return policy on nailgallery.com and agree to abide by them.

If any dispute arises between an individual(s) and nailgallery.com, it will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of Florida.

Nail Gallery reserves the right to change the return policy without prior notice. The customer must check the return policy before making a purchase on nailgallery.com.

Un-used, un-opened, and items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of notice of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee (to cover processing, filing, and materials associated with shipping your order). Any items not meeting these conditions are ineligible for return, unless they are defective from manufacturer defects or damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return. In the case of damaged or defective items, the customer should make a claim with the Nail Gallery package protection service by visiting the link in our help section on www.nailgallery.com

Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to denial without prior authorization.

Refunds

Returns made to haenails.com will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged as long as they are in un-used, un-opened, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the original item(s) back to Nail Gallery and shipping the new item(s).
